The only problem with this method is that it requires you to take off accessories like bracelets and leggings separately from necklaces or earrings, which means it gets clunky switching between the face and body sections. In the CAS preview of the clothing, there's an "x" that allows you to remove it. This also works if you put on an ugly piece of clothing and want to take it off again. So if I want to take a sim's top off, I go into the body section and click the "x" on the tops button. and if you click the small "x" on the boundary of each button the clothing from that category is removed. The buttons separate clothing into different categories like tops, bottoms, shoes, etc. Hey, so this isn't really a mod but I just wanted to note that you can manually remove all the clothing from a sim and start again (although I admit it is a bit tedious/clunky).
